What's the difference between purity and peptide content?
Purity refers to the proportion of the target polypeptide in the sample, measured by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and expressed as a percentage. Peptide content refers to the absolute mass of the target polypeptide in the vial, which is the labeled value. For example, a vial labeled as 5 mg with 99% purity contains approximately 4.95 mg of the target compound, and the remaining 0.05 mg consists of quantifiable impurities. We verify the labeled mass and independently test the purity of every batch.
Are your products for human use?
No. All peptide products sold on our website are strictly for research purposes only. They cannot be used for human injection, therapeutic treatment, food additives, or any consumer applications.
What is the purity of your products?

How should peptides be stored?
Freeze-dried peptides can be kept at room temperature for days to weeks. For short-term storage, use 4°C. For long-term storage, use -20°C and protect from light.

How should I reconstitute peptides?
Use bacteriostatic water for reconstitution. For some sequences, a small amount of acetic acid (10–20%) may be needed to aid solubility. Important: · Bring refrigerated bacteriostatic water to room temperature before use. · Simple peptides dissolve well in bacteriostatic water alone. · Complex or long-chain peptides: add 10–20% acetic acid first, then dilute to final concentration with bacteriostatic water.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Payment must be made in full before orders are processed. All orders are handled manually—submit a quote request, confirm specs and pricing via WhatsApp, and we'll send you payment instructions.

When will my order be processed?

Can l amend my order after placing it?
Changes can only be made before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible through our contact page with your order number and the required changes. Once the dispatch notification has been sent, we are unable to amend the order.

What is your return policy?
Our peptide products are for research purposes only and must comply with biosafety requirements. We maintain a strict but fair return and exchange policy. If you receive damaged items, incorrect products, or products that do not meet the stated purity standards (verified by third-party HPLC/MS), please contact us within 3 days of receipt with relevant evidence. Opened or used products are not eligible for returns. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by you, we cannot offer refunds or free re-shipping.
