6. Shipping and Delivery

International buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and compliance with local customs laws. We do not guarantee delivery to international locations and are not liable for packages seized or rejected by customs.

7. Returns and Refund Policy

We accept returns of unopened and unused products, in their original packaging, within 7 calendar days of delivery. Due to the nature of research compounds and cold-chain logistics requirements, opened vials cannot be returned under any circumstances.

To initiate a return, you must contact us via our contact page prior to sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, except where the return is necessitated by our error or a product defect. In such cases, we will reimburse reasonable shipping expenses or provide a return label at our discretion.
