The dual‑peptide combination of BPC‑157 and TB‑500—commonly known as the “Wolverine Stack”—is widely recognized as a synergistic approach in tissue repair and regeneration research. Their complementary mechanisms of action have demonstrated the potential to systemically promote tissue healing in preclinical models. BPC‑157 is a synthetic 15‑amino‑acid polypeptide derived from a fragment of human gastric juice protein. Preclinical studies have shown that it influences angiogenesis, inflammatory modulation, and tissue repair, with reported activities including wound healing acceleration, gastrointestinal mucosal protection, and neuroprotection in animal models. TB‑500 is the N‑terminally acetylated active fragment (amino acids 17–23) of the 43‑amino‑acid protein thymosin β4. Its primary mechanism centers on tissue regeneration: it promotes cell migration, angiogenesis, and inflammation reduction via its actin‑binding domain, which regulates cytoskeletal reorganization and provides a cellular basis for repair. When combined, BPC‑157 primarily supports angiogenesis and tissue protection, while TB‑500 enhances cell migration and tissue remodeling. Together, they establish a multi‑level repair network spanning vascular, cellular, and tissue dimensions, which has drawn particular interest in research on tendon, ligament, muscle, and connective tissue injuries. It should be noted, however, that current evidence is predominantly derived from animal models and in vitro experiments, and high‑quality human clinical trial data remain lacking.

Product FAQ
What does 5mg / 5mg mean on this product record?
The label identifies a two component pack containing nominal records for BPC-157 and TB-500. Confirm the component amounts and lot documentation before use in a research record.
Is this blend equivalent to BPC-157 or TB-500 alone?
No. A combined material should be documented separately from either single component, and literature for one component should not be treated as evidence for the blend.
What should be preserved when comparing studies?
Keep the component identity, nominal content, model, endpoint, timing and analytical record visible. These fields help prevent unrelated materials or methods from being grouped together.
Which documents can be requested?
Ask for the current lot record and available identity, purity or composition documentation. The exact document set is confirmed with availability.
How should this pack be cited internally?
Record the full product name, SKU, 5mg / 5mg pack designation, lot number and the documents used to verify the material.
